Dung Quat Refinery to sell petrol to market
Vietnam’s first refinery is to sell its petrol product to regional markets for the first time in April, concluded a conference held at the refinery by Viet Nam Trade Union and PetroVietnam, yesterday.
Domestic and foreign contractors in the project committed to achieve the important goal to step up the plan.
Accordingly, in April, the main petrol workshop of the refinery will be put in operation and sell its products to the market. The refinery will work at almost 70% of its capacity from June 25th, and after August 2009, it will work at maximum capacity.
By March 2009, 99.5% of the total construction at Dung Quat Refinery had been completed, when 15 workshops were put in operation.
